Affirmations For Today

Today I will let go of all the worries that rustle around in my mind and crowd out my creative, joyful self. I know those worries must be attended to, but not today. For today, I will let my mind and body relax and I will simply let go. I cannot wait to see and feel what wonderful ideas replace that void.

If I focus on what someone else is doing, I haven't left space to deal with myself.

Today, I will tend to my own business.

We are a microcosm of the universe. Atoms and other particles, bouncing off one another, reforming, regrouping, making new.

I am part of the whole. We are not here in isolation. I will not take care of myself to the exclusion of others, unless doing so is detrimental to either's well-being.
