Sitting down at my dining room table to tackle some textbook reading assignments... then finding myself quickly distracted and staring out the window watching the world go by. After a few minutes of that, my roommate sits down to eat his lunch and says, "Hey! Whatcha doin?" I say, "Reading for school." He says, "Oh yeah? Is your book outside?" I laughed and said, "No!" I quickly went back to reading and he asks, "What are you reading about?" I instantly cracked up... laughing so hard I could hardly breathe. When I finally came to... I said, "The paragraph I was on was about distractions." Oh, the irony...

My Co-worker Robert, which I have been working with for almost 20yrs ,( he is 51 years old), ... had baby boy today! Him and his wife are very happy........and doing fine.

2 things that happened at school today..
1) Student walks up to me and says "Miss, I have to tell you something...I brought my sugarglyder to school and its going crazy "*removes sugarglyder from pocket* Sugarglyder then decides to escape and run all over the class!! How did she make it through the day without any of her other teachers noticing she had a flying squirrel in her pocket!!!! 2) I received a valentine from one of my students. He drew a sun on it. On the bottom he wrote "You are really hot" UMMMMMMMM....lol I had to laugh! Sheesh! |
