Confessions Are Good For The Soul

I must confess,

While at my mom's hair salon, I started crying when one of her employees asked me about my mom and how she was handling the death of my grandma.

I am not ready to take this history test today, maybe my teacher will let me take it tomorrow.

This has been one f**ked up year so far, and I would love to start it over.

I'm going to do homework, hopefully I can get my brain to work.

I confess I wish everyone a Happy Valentine's Day.

I confess Valentine's Day isn't just about loving a significant other.

I confess there are a lot of interesting things happening today, besides Valentine's Day.

I confess I have the day off from work to deal with some of the interesting things.

I confess I love, love, love the Valentine my honey gave me.

I confess almost every time I watch something on television (The Grammys), I am reminded why I don't turn it on very often.

I confess the television is a great place to watch Netflix movies though.

I confess everyone should see the documentary Food Inc.

I confess I will now be more mindful of the foods I eat.

That NetFlix is a good thing to have!

I added Food, Inc to my playlist on NetFlix, I am enrolled in a human nutrition class and we have to watch SuperSize Me....<heard that is one nasty movie>

I also confess, that my human nutrition professor ticked me off when she graded our last assignment. She knows that I am on a 968 calorie diet and told me that I needed to add a few more calories to said assignment. I almost fell over yesterday....If someone is counting calories, they cannot add ranch dressing to their salad...

I confess I love my new side table.

I confess while gazing at my new side table I noticed the couch needs to be shampooed.

I confess that old lamp next to the side table needs to be replaced.

I confess the entire setting would look great with a colorful rug in front of it.

I confess I am thinking the new side table is going to cost us a lot more money. LOL

I confess I had entirely too little sleep last night and I am hoping for an early nap.

I confess five days off work. Yeah!!!

i confess -

- i did some 'inner' homework, last night =)
- i also had a scare, healthwise..and it helped open my eyes. BIGtime.
- laying it all out there, for all helps me get on myself, but also, helps ME each time i go back and read things too..i hold myself to achieving my goals & it makes me really, really need that change more.
- i love my children with every breath i have in me, and believe in them so much and want them to always strive for better..i feel like i'm living an example to that, as my changes are really affecting them, as well.. and love that♥
- i've learned i can't beat myself up for someone else's abusive ways through life, and from now on, i'll let them own their own 'stuff'. i've done that for far too long..but, i will also always own up to my own 'stuff'.. and work on change, take criticism and learn !
- i am not perfect , and never will be.. but i will always strive for a healthier, more positive and well balanced 'me'.. because life's so short, and owning up to my own downfalls and mistakes in turn helps me learn, and grow.. and i'm all about self growth these days..emotional journey, but so very needed..
