How do you know when you are getting older? Well for me:

I am proud of my lawnmower.
I like to take a metal detector to the beach.
For halloween I like to sit on my front porch with a catapult and fling pumpkin towards anyone that comes near my house.
When I do the "Hokey Pokey" I put my left hip out..and it stays out.
When people say I look "Great", they add "For your age!"

I used to be able to roll out of bed and hit the ground running....

NOW?

I need to be awake two or three hours before I even start to CARE about thinking about getting ready for work...

my hit the ground running has turned into roll over and hit the snooze alarm for an hour...

When you look at recent pictures on Facebook of High School friends and say "Wow she has gotten old" and then look in the mirror and realize.. Yes we are all getting that way. Grrr lol

I do wholy agree with this...every move I make is anounced with some kind of snap,crackle or pop...more recently my left knee is talking to me lots.

I force myself to stay up past 930...,for the simple reason that I remember all too well when I wasnt allowed to stay up that late. It was a long awaited prize and I refuse to squander it!
