Affirmations For Today

It's great to be grounded but sometimes we just need to let ourselves take flight. Today I give myself permission to soar, mentally, physically, spiritually, in whatever way I want and need to soar.

I am coming to realize that I have been loved all along.....and was just too afraid to acknowledge it.

Today, I acknowledge that I am loved by many.......and am deserving of it all!

i will not speak any words injurious to myself or anyone else. i will not think any thoughts injurious to myself or anyone else.
when i realize that i am starting to feel sad, i will devote myself to another activity, such as sweeping the floor. useful physical activity has an amazing capacity to clear the mind.

I will embrace whatever path I am forced to take this day and be comforted by the fact that my bags are packed for any adventure. I've been Found once. I shall be Found again...........it gets better......and better.....and better. Reinvention is the key!
