i had a slice-plain, it's so good-of fresh 8 grain and seed bread and a cup of mint green tea. then a little later, i had a piece of halewa (an indian dish given to nursing mothers, home-made and very nourishing) and a cup of peach white tea.
hmmm....almost time for dinner....or lunch as y'all call it in this part of the country. namaste, DamselFly
