I was going to ask WHERE did he go? But you answered..he was naturally good.

It sucked last night. Pia has natural talent. She's young but still hit every note and it seemed effortless. I don't care if she made a "ballad" like a whatever, it was still easy to listen to. She was trying to do as she felt the judges asked her to do. I guess we all have an order to who we feel should be voted off and when....like last night, Paul or the used to be cocky black haired lil dude....should have gone in my eyes.
This was one of the more shocking cast offs that I've seen. Right up there with Doughtery. <--spelled wrong I'm sure.

I know Pia will be heard of, and most likely be like alot of the others voted off too soon and have it made....a natural.

Thank GODDESS I missed most of Iggy Pop! I was back and forth between another show but came back just as some naked old dude was up in Jennifer's face....I was like WTF?? She didn't like it either....I have got to go youtube what I missed!

I read in some article that TMZ had interviewed him and he said the dates that Idol wanted him for collided with important dates at the school where he teaches, and he did not want to break those commitments, so he declined to do the show.

Something is definitely wrong here. I'm beginning to think the show is fixed. There's been speculation in the past that was the case on prior shows. Unless it's another "phone line" problem ???

In any case, Pia will do just fine. Someone is gonna scoop her up and give her a record deal. She'll be more famous than the "winner" in the end. She's a class act and will go far.

Look at the past shows. Where the hell is Taylor Hicks (who should have never won). He was annoying and sucked.

Ruben Studdard never did well after he won. He disappeared for a while and then came back as a Gospel singer, because his career went nowhere at the time.

What happened to the other dude who won last year? One song he has out..and will be a one hit wonder (if you consider it good).

David Cook was good, but where has he been?

And yes, Chris Daughtry did quite well for himself even though he didn't win. Good for him, he's talented.

Now back to my rant. I still can't fathom why the hell that talentless imbecile Paul is still on the show. No talent whatsoever with his Macy Gray, Carole Channing, helium-sucking forceful voice. WTF???????? Really people??? He has NO business being up there at all. He beyond sucks.

I'm also tired of Jacob screaming his friggon lungs out and watching his tonsils bounce back and forth. Shut the hell up already with that ridiculous vibrato low key shit. Enough already....

I stopped watching Idol a couple of years ago after Jordan Sparks won. And speaking of which, whatever happened to her??? And now the only reason why I started watching it again was because Steven Tyler is a judge.

So here we go with it now continuing to be a "Popularity" show rather than the public voting for "talent". What a friggon joke. The public is so stupid with their choices.

Bottom line, I think they need to stop doing these American Idol shows. It's played out just like Survivor. End it all already.

I wish they would bring back American Inventor. Now that was an interesting show and pretty decent.

I'll continue rooting for Lauren now that my other favorite from the show is gone.

I still like scotty even if no one else agrees lol and yes Lauren is good too. And isn't Jacob the African American guy?

I haven't watched Idol except for the auditions for years. However this year I have been watching........this year has the most talent ever on the show. I am glad they finally got Steven Tyler to quit hitting on the young 'uns.......laughin...........Jennifer is great just to look at and get a glimpse of her shoes and outfits when they introduce the judges.

Pia is a second rate lounge singer..........I have visions of the piano bar at the Kansas City Marriott and her doing the singing. Glad she is gone.

The Rod Stewart wanna be needs to go next......Paul is it???

Jacob.....the black guy with the incredible voice I think.......they damn sure are trying to butch him up from the auditions.........no screaming queens on Idol.

Stefano with the bedroom eyes has the least talent and should not be there.

That little shit kicker is beyond hot and will be the next great country star........he will probably win. He is probably already in the studio cutting his first CD.

Rocker boy is growing on me.

I like the girl country singer who did Joplin the other night........she is a contender.

I'm glad to see that some people weren't surprised to see pia go. I liked her but really felt her performance and Jacobs were the weakest. From there i didn't know who would be the third.

I think Paul will be back in the bottom three but he actually did have a good performance this week and got lucky. I'm really not sure who is my favorite.

I like scotty because I'm envious of his low voice ... I would kill for it.

Probably the two girls left would be my favorites!

I think the boys will begin to fall now but it's really up to who has the weakest performance that week.

I think stefano, paul, and jacob will be the next three just not sure what order
