New Home... little glitches

I just clicked on a new member's name and got this message. Are we no longer able to look at new users or was I bad and am getting slapped without knowing why?

WolfyOne, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation

That would likely be because they haven't finished their registration (email verification pending is the most common reason)

Oh and ok, I think, but I saw them today as newest member, so I clicked on their name and that's what I got
I do see them posting, so now I'm a little confused
It's ok because confused is where I usually am anyhow

On a different subject....... Does anyone know why the game WoW Connect has gone to black and is unplayable?
