Lost the first one.I don't feel like I'm in my 50's either. But I do look like it. Jet you have some great pictures, you don't look like you are 50+. Lucky you. Pure living or what? Share your secrets. Got to get busy and get ready for work.

im 54 .. i get told i dont look my age at times.....
this yr i bought a walking stick..... lol umm i use it when i go for long walks.

Thanks. Just genetics I guess. My shots were taken 2008 and 09. They tell me i look younger than my pics, I can't say i agree.

Health for my skin and body:

No smoking
Exercise
Great, balanced diet.

I'm not a guru about this stuff, just common sense. The other thing is, I lift weights like I'm in my mid-30s. I lift more now than i did back then and my endurance and focus levels are better now. I have no idea why. heh..

Well - today is definately a Monday!
Had to go and see about renewing my driver's licence, renewing the tags and, since I recently moved, I have to have the address updated, too. I get there and they tell me I have to have an emissions test!
jeez - this is getting expensive!

Hopefully things will go better.

Just dropping in to say hey.

As some of you know I'm a contract designer; Atlanta is a big contract town, it's hard to get a permanent gig here. I interviewed last week, it went really well, but I didn't get the position. There were red flags in the interview: they went through 4 designers in 9 years—bad track record. So maybe it's a blessing. Not to mention an incredible workload for one designer. i have my truck unloaded and all done for now , just waiting for dispatch to issue me another one..
