Edie and Thea
Watching the documentary "Edie and Thea", the story of 2 New York lesbians, engaged for 41 years before they married in Canada. It was very touching to hear them talk about one another and their lives together. Edie was one of the people who supposedly influenced Obama's decision to no longer fight DOMA. She filed suit to reclaim the $300,000+ she was forced to pay in inheretance taxes after Thea's death.

I've been giving a dear differently abled boy a ride to school as getting down the hill to the bus stop is hard for him. I figure I'm going there every day for the Wee One.
today his dad dropped by to thank me, and we got to talking about computers. He took mine and thinks he can fix it!!!! Yay it will be great to be able to get online whenever I want again  so yeah I'm smiling...

The beautiful sunrise! It was huge and a brillant shade of coral metalic orange my fav . color and it seem to hang low for a long time , amazing! Almost like it was just sitting, waiting for me to notice it was my fav. color. Made me smile.
