I am so upset. People are driving so much faster these days, and are hitting more animals. I pray for the animals who lay along the roadside dead. I just cannot imagine hitting and killing an animal w/out stopping and burying it. Now I am not able to dig a hole to bury animals should I hit one, but I sure do call the State to have someone pick it up. Rosie and I saw a dead horse, of all things, laying out along the roadside. It took the State 3 weeks to get to that poor creature. |
