eggs over easy
turkey bacon
hash browns with cock sauce (aka Sriracha)
slice of sticks and twigs whole wheat bread
(this isn't the brand, my housemate calls it that because it is super fibrous and he says that there are sticks, twigs and pine cones in it)

I started my day with my usual coffee with Sugar-free Hazelnut creamer then sat down for a smoothie made with sliced strawberries, a banana, and a splash of almond milk.
I also had 2 scrambled eggs with basil and black pepper on the side.

YUM.

I'm on a smoothie kick lately and plan on trying a pumpkin smoothie tomorrow morning. Maybe add a little banana and cinnamon.
