Nope, but I never do. I work on public and/or shared computers and I've never had it do this before. I'm assuming it will work itself out.

nope. all my options were visible but if i highlighted something and then clicked, for instance, font size or style, the highlight disappeared and nothing popped up in the drop down menu...a problem that seems to have resolved itself! must have been ME!!!

How do I get rid of these ---.....when I'm typing my post? Can't I click on the size and color I want and have it type that way as I type? [/COLOR][/SIZE] <----

Bo...type first and then highlight what you've written and do the font/size/etc thing. it's much easier and there wont be all those extra tag thingies

Yeah.....I do that sometimes. I thought it was like the other place where you could change the color and it would show it as you type. Guess not.

This is a setting in your User Options. Go to those and look for Editing. You are in the Basic, most likely. I'm doing this from memory (which is admittedly lacking) but there's a box that you need to check.

So go forth and checketh, young Bo.

To get your font options:

1. Click on User CP in the green menu bar at the top
2. Locate Settings & Options in the grey bar on the left
3. Click on Edit Options under Settings & Options
4. Scroll to the last box on this page. It will be titled "Miscellaneous Options"
5. In the drop-down box, choose "Enhanced Interface"

You will have to select your color/size/font once the reply box has turned grey. Then you can type in your chosen font of "dear gods that's hard to read orange" to your heart's content.

Talk to Arwen. She's got the voodoo of the color thing going on....something about going to edit options....then miscellaneous options and changing it to WYSIWYG stuff.
