Today is Melanoma Monday in Maryland. It is to raise awareness of skin cancer and the increase of this horrible cancer in Maryland.

My sister JoAnn died of skin cancer not so long ago.

My thoughts and prayers are for those who are newly diagnosed, and those who are battling this cancer. I ask for people to pray for a cure. We need one.
I would not want anyone to endure what JoAnn did. I am so very proud of her.
