I have four squares done but got derailed on the fifth--will have to get back to it soon. Arwen, when I put the pink-n-green swapghan together, do I mail it to you, or to Dusa? |

Medusa, please. I'll lose it in a heartbeat. And we now have the Reunion in August so we have a date for that P-n-G swapghan! I'm taking lessons on how to read crochet patterns. I bought a book of dishcloths. I am going to turn some of those into squares I hope. LOL I have five more to go. How is everyone else doing? We are still missing some addresses on the file on the YahooGroup. | |

Ergonomic crochet hooks are saving me! I slowed down drastically on the crocheting but I can keep going with much less pain now. Working on my pink n green square and will get back to the autumn tones soon.

Clover crochet hooks really make a diference for me. Of course i lose them a lot and they are EXPENSIVE. 5-7 for a hook takes a bite out of my budget. And I need to go get one because I have a project that is going to need a bigger hook than I currently have. WHINE. Squares got put on hold. I have 6 finished with the 7th in progress. So that means only 2 more after that. W00t! Please make sure your name and address are in the Yahoogroup database! And pretty please, could everyone do a check in? I'm getting concerned because I haven't heard from some of you. If you are not doing this, you really need to let us know so we can adjust what we are doing. thanks! |

Checking in, and I emailed Nick, too. {{{{{{{{{{{{Christie}}}}}}}}}}}}}} you're such a sweetheart! So. I was shocked to realize I wasn't as done as I thought; mine all needed another row. My new tally is pink-n-green, done; two autumns, done; three autumns, need one more row. Then I'll be back to making more autumn squares. Should we wait to mail them out until we have our full sets done? or should we mail them as we finish them? |

Arwen, Nick says he's still in. He's been working a lot of double shifts and is beat, but he'll be back.

Hi all. I am having a good time making my squares! I am working on #7 in the autumn tones. I have made 2 for the pink-n-green afghan < I was hoping to make a couple of others too. Is that over kill?? Should I just stick with the two I made and go back under my yarn rock now? Someone advise me.......before I start making pink and green squares for everyone on the site!!! LOL Liz/fishinabaggie

More pink and green squares are GREAT, Liz! I was going to make extra for the raffleghan too, to make it bigger. Thanks for yours also!! I keep thinking I have my squares all caught up and then I find a mistake and have to fix it. So the count now is three finished, the fourth with one row to go, and the fifth with two rows to go. Sheesh. *sheepish look* But the good news is that I only have three rows to go and I can start my sixth square, right? So I have a question... should I wait until I have them all done to start sending them out, or should I send them out as I finish each one? |
