Scoote, I wish you the best with your business. I don't understand why WC is being so slow..Maybe they won't take who the dr is recommending? I am over being on unemployment. Every two weeks it is something new as to why I am being suspended from submitting my claim. I just think it is Florida and they really need to get their heads out of their asses.  . Esurance told me that the State of Florida, allowed them to increase our automobile's insurance rates by 1.4%. I asked the lady I was talking to, "How can the State of Florida allow you to raise our car insurance rates when 3/4's of the state is on unemployment?". The lady had no answer for that question. So now I am looking for a new car insurance company, my payments are now going to be around $110 a month for PIP and Bodily Injury. My rate last year, was $68 a month. I had two job interviews on Monday, one with Lane Bryant, which went well even though it was a group interview and one with CVS. The store manager for CVS loved me and didn't flinch when she saw how much experience I had. The job is only part time, but you can work at other stores until you hit 40 hours. I have a job interview on Friday with Behr's Chocolates and then one on Monday with BestBuy. How does eggs, toast, and coffee sound for breakfast this morning? Good Afternoon Everyone,
I just got a surprise call! I had an interview almost two weeks ago with the Peabody Hotel here in Orlando, for a position doing reservations. The recruiter just called and asked me to come in tomorrow morning and talk with the Reservations Department manager about a job as a PBX operator. I now have an interview at 9:30am tomorrow morning and the job starts off paying $8.25 per hour and is full time. How does ice cream sound? I am excited....Hope you all had a wonderful day! Zimmy

 Busy day today...bit of a hassle at work but nothing more than what's become the usual *sigh* I had high hopes when we hired the new guy, but it's not turning out that well for a variety of ridiculous reasons. I just keep plugging away, and trust that it will improve. Scoote and I just got back from dinner, I filled out passport paperwork...and then Scoote attacked me with an ice cube .gif "Say What?") Well....actually the Rooster started it, but she kept up the attack!Hope you are all having a relaxing evening.

((hugggz)) *waving to everyone* hi all - day off today, just relaxing .. my daughter has no school today, her friend thought there was school and went to her bus stop - but no bus.. so she's here for the day too since she was locked out as her parents left for the day already.. its downpouring rain out there - i swear everyday off i have its raining , lol !! but it's okay, rainy days help me be lazy and that's what i needed, doctor's orders.. sooooo, lazin' and postin' around, catching up! Hope all of the mom's had a wonderful day yesterday and got treated like a queen! I sent my mom a really pretty sterling silver necklace and it should be at her house today! I have a job interview at 1:30 today with BestBuy, and I am hoping to get a part time job with them. I need to start paying off some of my debt that has accumulated from being unemployed. Good morning everyone
 Coffee is on, and breakfast is ready... Good luck with the part-time job Zimmy, but don't overdo it and wear yourself out...you'll get caught up, don't worry! I hope the new job goes well. I googled the hotel (cuz I'm nosey like that ) and it's really beautiful.We had a long day yesterday...spent the day at Magic Kingdom. Had lots of fun, walked for miles, ate stuff I'm not supposed to...all the usual stuff one does at Disney. We managed to get lost on the way there...thinking we were on the turnpike instead of 95  and paying more attention to our madlibs than the road....but it was still a good time. Scoote used the word "buttcheeks" a lot and we put together some pretty goofy ones that had us laughing.Today it's back to work (can't believe it's Monday already)....and need to help Rooster on a project this evening since he had no internet access the entire time he was gone on spring break. Going to be a busy one... :gimmehugs: Have a good day everybody!

The coffee pot is on, the kiddos are off to school, Scoote is  , and the kittens are trying to figure out what the heck I'm doing (I'm eating pistachios...and they're baffled by the process).Looks like it's going to be another hot sunny day in south FL (surprise, surprise) and I have vowed to get on back on the ball and have a productive work day. Good Luck today Jo Jo! Cats are very curious creatures and fun to watch while they figure things out...How is Scoote's back doing? I passed my interview with BestBuy yesterday and I have a second interview with them on Friday. I am supposed to hear back from the recruiter this week from the Peabody as to when my official start date is. You have to attend an orientation class before you start and they only hold those on Mondays. If I don't hear anything by Thursday, then I am going to give them a call and check on this. I got a phone call this afternoon from the Peabody. I start my new job on Monday and I cannot wait! I pick up my new pants from Macy's on Sunday and I get to wear my ultra cute Kenneth Cole heels!!!!!! Good morning everyone
I was thinking I was in for a rough day, only to find out that 2 of my meetings are cancelled....wooooot! This calls for a fancy cappuccino for everyone!  Took Rooster to school this morning and won't see him back until 2 a.m. tomorrow....he's off to Gradventure at Universal Studios with all the other 8th graders in FL...  He was so excited he could barely sleep last night...and was up early this morning as well. He's gonna' be exhausted by the end of the night! In other news, the AC man came and left yesterday, after doing annual maintenance and clearing out the drain lines. Turns out that's all it needed....so no expensive repair bill...and the house is cool and comfy again...just in time for the weekend. Yay!
