I am thankful that I am under control....real control of my BPD. I have learned the signs, and when I began to slip into an episode this morning I was able to stop with minimal damage done.
I don't have delusions that I am "ok", but I know that I have the tools to live "ok" with my BPD. For THAT I am really very thankful. |
