We have a tradition here in the states where the governors of states where teams are fighting for a champoinship bet their team will win and offer something representative of their state as the prize for the winner. Of course, none of those stats mean anything when they still kick your ass!

LMAO. So true. I am a die hard, used to disappointment Boston sports fan. We talk big, sometimes, with our fingers crossed behind our backs cuz we remember things like the ball going thru Buckners legs to cost us a World Series. So maybe it would be wiser to just hope for a well played series between 2 evenly matched teams who both fought hard to get to the finals?

That I will agree with. I'm really hoping for a seven game series as that's more enjoyable and suspenseful.

I had to look those up....just to make sure you weren't pulling my leg. Those are kind of cool. Never saw one before. I can offer you nothing that cool that I can think of. How does salt water taffy grab you? Or a tee shirt? Or a hat?

We can get Salt Water Taffy from New Brunswick. Has to be something unique to Boston. Do they have any of the old time Boston Bruin hockey hats?
