Its a cold leftover pizza morning. Tomorrow I am hoping for cold leftover chinese food.

I went by the book on breakfast..ham&cheese omlet, coffee,1 small banana just a touch of peanut butter smeared on it..Carb count 20.03.I miss my toast but saveing the bread carbs for a sandwich later.
