Yeah, that's what I need to do today.

I wanted to give them enough time to resolve the issue before I took any action to recoup the money.

Kannon, although they aren't in North America it may be worthwhile filing a complaint with the BBB. I did that with regards to Mango and it had an interesting effect and response.
