ups didnt get here till 7pm with my fuel pump... so thats what ill be doing today.
moonsoon seems to have come early here i dunno who said az is a dry heat it humid like crazy for about 6 weeks with thunder/lightning storms threwout the day. oh well least it was a beautiful 4th weekend.
im just getting up this morning(Still waiting on coffee to finish) then out tp put the new pump in.

Not for nothin', i'm thinking you're probably less interested in the tire change and more interested in the heels.

Do your best to stay dry today, you might want to look up how big a cubit is, just in case.

I took 2 weeks off from boxing, icing it 3-4 times a day, advil like it's candy, had a cortisone shot in it about 6 weeks ago. Could hardly bend it today and I didn't box last night.

I hyper extended it while I was training for my first fight. Being in the gym 6 days a week during that time took a huge toll on it. I have backed off to 4 days a week now, 2 of them being cardio days. It friggin needs to heal!!! My next fight is in October.

Hey Ink, try the "irenew" bracelet. It's on tv. I have arthritis in my shoulder. It worked for me and it's only $20 bucks at walmart. Hope it helps.

Clearly I am hanging out at the wrong gay day, as I have never seen a "put underwear on the baby pig" ANYTHING, let alone a race dedicated to it!!

This day now officially SUCKS! Verizon broke a fitting off a main water valve in the sprinkler room. Amazing the flow of water that comes out of those pipes.....I am soaked through and through!!!!!!!!! Then the fire alarm went off of course! So here I sit in soaking wet uniform dealing with this mess and still have 2 hrs left on my shift!!!!!
