Yes, but you do have a habit of sleeping a lil longer than you plan. Remember the "one hour nap" you were gonna take on date night, that turned into a 6hour nap? lol

Besides, you have to be up later to keep me awake while I'm at work! lol

Absolutely terrible night in the gym! A combination of not eating enough in the last two days and trying to push too hard. My blood sugar dropped and I fell out in the middle of working on the mitts. Now as a result..... a raging headache! I REALLY need to remember to eat!!!!!

Yes making sure you eat is very important, having your blood sugar drop like that is not a good thing to make sure to take care of yourself :-)
