Is anyone else really good friends with an ex? I had dinner last night with my ex who is also a very good friend. She is a MA and works at a pain management clinic. Knowing how much my elbow has been hurting....she took it upon herself to take care of me. I got there last night to pick her up and she had all kinds of goodies for my elbow! I have anti-inflammatory patches and a topical cream. She even talked to the Doc and got me a sample size muscle relaxer. We had a great dinner and then sat and talked for a couple hours after. It was a really good night!

ive tried to be friends with a couple exes and have found if the friendship is to tight it interfears with the new.. i dont think intintionaly it just seems to. but i try not to keeps exes (underfoot). still be friends yes best friends no. best friend is what i look for in a new relationship.. but thats just me im sure everyone is diffrent

it been a lil crazy up here..kingman.. the humitity has been very hi along with the temps! but at least up here we have been getting 2-3- showers everyday that has been cooling things down and keeping the dust down! good to see you around jo! cody aka AC

Down here in Tucson it has rained every afternoon about 5 pm.
It is clouding up already this morning so I am thinking early showers

We've had some torrential rains the last week, but the real kicker of course was the mile-high, 50-foot wide dust storm that swept through the valley last week... wow!

Today it's going to cool down to 105 degrees LOL

Its been half raining, half sunny over the last week or so in My area of Canada ~ andI saw on tv the video of that sand storm Queen, that was quite an amazing sight to see!

I am friends with several of my exs. Yesterday I went and visited my ex of 6 yrs. We are very close and always have been. I have had relationships that have been jealous but I look at it like this...if I wanted her we would still be together -shrug-

I haven't had any problems with the friendships interfering with relationships, I guess I just know how to keep it separate.

Obviously it depends on the ex LOL I have remained friends/acquaintances with some to different degrees; on the other hand, some I have had no interest whatsoever in keeping in touch with, and one, after 5 years together, walked out one day and just never spoke to me again. We've never spoken a single word since.

Happy Sunday, fellow singles!!! I hope you're all having a nice, relaxing day! I just finished grocery shopping and came home to find a couple sneak peeks from last month's photoshoot. Can't wait to see how yesterday's came out!

It's 93F and all kinds of humid here, I can't be outside for more than five minutes without getting all sweaty.

This is the time of year when I feel like all I do is alternate between showering and doing stuff.
