Asparagus is one of my favorite veggies ever. And after this weekend and some much needed health research, I have decided to become a vegetarian again. At least for the next two months during which time I am going to be on a fruit and veggie juicing fast.

My favorite way to cook asparagus is to lightly brown them in olive oil and balsamic vinegar, then add a dash of fresh squeezed lemon, salt/pepper to taste and right before you turn off the flame throw in a few tablespoons of sesame seeds.

This thread is about veggie/veganism, for me this means Well Being

I drink a lot of water daily, and this video helped me see what a gift
water really is...I drink up with peace, love, and gratitude.

Enjoy, Greco

That was nice Greco.

Our bodies are something like 60% water. With the brain being 70%....

and fattier tissue does not hold as much water as lean tissue. I love water, and drink it all day long.
I loved the music in that posting too. I think we take water for granted.

Thinking of the countries that have been devasted recently by tsunami's, drinkable water has been a major problem.

I slept 9 hors last night, that is so rare for me. Felt good.

Default rest

Hi Veggie Lovers,

YB, 9 hours sleep, your body know what it needs...I like sleeping when my body needs it...good for you for allowing yourself to get the rest your body wanted.

Imagine 70% of water for the brain...memory improves with hydration now I know why.

Today: green smoothie

avocado

blueberries (last ones)

strawberries

green powder

Vit C

Vit D3

H2O

Dinner:

sauteed spinach
in grape seed oil

w/garlic, onions
olives, sweet
roasted peppers

over romaine lettuce

good to cook again

Have a good evening, Greco

Default tonight addicted to this computer

Alright, why am I even still up?!
chills, that's why.

So, for breakfast, which for me will be soon enough:

green smoothie with

grapes, still sweet

grapefruit

banana

spinach

green powder

berry powder

vit C

vit D3

will freeze some, and take for
my day

with a zip lock baggie
of walnuts, with raisins.

Now about this dating thing

Think I'll wait a bit longer

Have a good evening Veggie Lovers
