This appetizer recipe was in my new cookbook.
It sounded yummy, so I thought I'd share it

Peanut Dip

1 cup smooth peanut butter
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 1/2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1 garlic clove, pressed
1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce

In medium bowl, combine peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, oil, honey, red pepper, garlic and hot pepper sauce; mix well. Refrigerate covered, until ready to use. Serve with vegetable sticks, if desired.
