Seriously. Which one of You told me? Was I flying the plane? Or was I one of the twirlers in the marching band?

Ok this will bother me until I find out how I found out......and I really wanted to name~drop, too!

It was a midnight phone call with a fabulous femme friend. The fact that I set my profile up at 1am may be why my "how do you identify" question answer is a bit... me!

And then I told a few folk about it. Love watching the healing spread!

I found ButchFemmePlanet at just the right time. I haven't been here much as of yet, but I sense it's a place of like minded individuals who seek joy and freedom of expression, rather than oppression, frustration and forced ideology.

Brava to the admins for bringing such a place to life!

and that got me to here.

I did this search because I was fed-up with justifying and or defending our way of living on the main Australian lesbian social network site. Most of us who identify with the butch/femme dynamic on that site got put-off by the negative innuendo. It costs a lot of money to subscribe to that site and I started seeing it as a waste of my money.

This site's subscription is chicken feed in comparison than the one I used to subscribe to. I've only just recently joined up, but I'm being a little bit more careful before buying a years subscription, even though its cheap in comparison. Once bitten, twice shy!
