i was really concerned that i'd walk out of that meeting unemployed- i have that much trouble not telling people they're being idiots

luckily, a week passed between the proposals being made and being discussed- seems during that week everyone except the original proponent came to their senses

i presented the research i had done and my recommendation carried the day
