Affirmations For Today

Today I will concentrate on excavating joy. I will dance in my hula hoop. I will share my joy with everyone--not just those who get it. I will be happy. I will speak well of myself and others because it is the right thing to do. I will work to be the best professional joy seeker ever known.

Today I choose to put me first. This choice does not make me selfish - I am not taking anything away from anyone but simply giving me the gift of my own love and respect. I will treat myself the way I want others to treat me.

I will let go and free my heart and mind from things that bind my growth. I will love myself, and allow others who care to love me. I will trust again - trust in humanity, and trust in my path. I will continue to learn, grow and survive.
