I had an everything bagel toasted with veggy cream cheese and thinking i should have dash a bit of green tabasco on it..next time!

Triple espresso with half and half, challah toast with almond butter and home made blueberry jam, sweet Asian peaches from the green market, all organic but the coffee.

Today is this new oatmeal I found with cranberries and nuts in it, two pieces of toast, a small serving of fruit cocktail and milk.

a couple hours ago I ate a gala apple.

A few minutes ago I ate a hand full of almonds, a plum (my first one all summer) and a piece of dry 12 grain toast......

next meal, which will be soon because for some reason I am hungry, will be cottage cheese and blue berries.

I had an espresso and am going to make another right now!
