a couple hours ago I ate a gala apple.
A few minutes ago I ate a hand full of almonds, a plum (my first one all summer) and a piece of dry 12 grain toast...... next meal, which will be soon because for some reason I am hungry, will be cottage cheese and blue berries. I had an espresso and am going to make another right now!
