FTM health
Hey everyone,
I am in the talking stages of creating an FTM Health Initiative here in Jax. I am just in the talking stages with some folks about it but I would love to get input from anyone who may have ideas on this or ways to get this off the ground, or even doctors who may be interested in being a part. In the Big Bend region, Torreya State Park (outside of Tallahassee) for the hiking -- it's called the mountains of northwest Florida for a reason
 In the Panhandle, Rocky Bayou State Park (in Niceville) for the trails and kayaking. If you're a camper this park has nice facilities and is just a short drive across the toll bridge into Destin if you want a quick trip into civilization for some great dining options

Flagler Beach is awesome. I lived there for two years, prior to my 6 months in Jax...and I LOVED it. My favoritest place besides St. Auggy!
