Took the boat out on Sunday and caught several hybrid bass and a pretty good sized walleye.

Got eaten up by lezbugs toward the end of the night but enjoyed marking the lake and exploring new coves.

In 2 weeks, the hybrids start schooling and we'll be able to just drive through the channels and watch them jump in the boat! Oh, River...........!

Just say WHEN and I am there!! I am beyond ready to fish with you guys on the boat ) I am buying me a new RIVER rod today to go snagging with by the big dam bridge. Hard work but the big fish are worth it lol
