Post - conference activity and my love of my work has been eclipsed by the death of a client on Tuesday and the death of a very dear friend last night... Sometimes it is these kinds of things that speak to the real stuff of life... Ya know what I mean?

I wish I could understand half the software they load onto my computer. I am just grateful I only have to use 1/3 of it. Unfortunately the 1/3 I use 3/4 of the IT helpers don't understand.

I was walking the dogs a little while ago and I saw one of these. I won't post the pic because I know it may trigger some people (JUNE!) but it was only about a foot long. I was surprised to see it. It had really bright coloring and quickly slithered away. I tried to get my phone out to take a pic but it was gone.
