I can't remember when I didn't have stomach issues, I take a handful of pills every morning to start my day, so grabbing something to put in my stomach is important and it doesn't matter what I grab going out the door. Most days its a choco chip chewy granola bar.

big breakfast this morning. breakfast burrito with cheese, potatoes, eggs, green chile sauce, couple sausage links. black coffee, 1/2 cup chocolate milk.

looking at just watermelon and an apple for lunch.
