NCIS Fans?

I also love the show, for the same reasons listed above. I can't wait for the new season to start up again too.

Hmmm... Gibbs first, Ziva and Abby tied for second, and I actually like McGee's character! Denoza is just fun to watch as well.

So what does everyone think of the spin-off, NCIS Los Angeles? I like the characters on that one too. (not as much as the original, but a great way to spend a Tuesday night!)

I am not much for spin-offs they are just never the same. I tried to watch it a couple times and just couldnt get into it. I also tried to watch the new Criminal Minds......that really fell flat for me.

i haven't seen the spin-off. i am hoping it's good.

i agree -- McGee is great. i like the way that from the first, they didn't make him the bumbling nerd. He gets girls, and Gibbs clearly has a lot of respect for him as an agent. i like that they all are good at their jobs. They like and respect one another.

Even Ducky evolved from someone whose stories they'd dodge to the beloved elder in their midst.

i like the way that they long for Gibbs' approval and don't pretend otherwise.

i also like the fact that while there is some Marine hoo hawing, in general they don't overwhelm you with testosterone. The change from Kate to Ziva was good for the show although i like the actress who played Kate. The sort of shock the good girl banter between Kate and Dinozo was getting old.

You can catch "Kate" in a new show called Rizolli and Isles. She plays a medical examiner and its a very good show.

Personally, I like the spin off...everything about it
