The fire is actually on the other side of Bastrop, so Cedar Creek should be ok for now. Electricity has been turned off in many areas so firefighters don't have to worry about that too, so that may have some hand in why you can't get ahold of your friends.

Glyneice, as always, thank you for opening up your home to Austin and all incoming. It's so much fun to splash around in your pool and just laugh. Tonight was no different.

There was that store that Shariberry found.

I did tell my cousin (had to call her to make sure her folks were okay) about that store. I think she's still laughing too.

Of course, I forgot my bean pot. LOL

Many moons ago I lived in Cedar creek and worked in Bastrop...such a shame to see that all burn. Thank you for the link...I have been watching CNN, but they repeat a lot of info.
