My doctor - with his help I have lost over 130 lbs. Two weeks ago he prescribed something to help me overcome emotional eating and in the process it lifted the depression I was apparently experiencing for the last hundred or so years.

I am thankful for a roommate that can rescue me in the kitchen when I make a disaster. And I'm thankful she can cook on the grill too. I'm also thankful we had steak and mushrooms on hand so I didn't go to bed without supper.
