Fox. It's on tonight and tomorrow.

Paula Abdul, Nicole Sherzinger, LA Reid and Simon are the judges.

It's not nearly as cheesy as Idol.

The prize is also a contract worth $5 million, so it's the largest prize for this type of show.

wow ! My first observation. The contestants have a band backing them up , and right up there on the stage, instead of a hotel conference room.
