I have had that experience as well. I can push the pain to the side whilst busy, but I don't always like being tender the next day. OTOH there are times I like the next day pain, it brings a soft smile to my face.

I admit to not ever trying an o-ring. I am on a learning curve today!!

mmmhmmm the rim for the pain - and then also for me it felt... distant and sloppy compared to a non suction dildo. where as with a standard dildo you have about 1/2 to maybe 3/4 of an inch between your o-ring and you - with the suction cup base you add another 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch. Doesn't sound like much but it can be.

Depending on what type of harness you're using and the type of fucking you're doing - this can cause the dildo to be less controlled and depending upon the person - it could cause them to not... hmmmm... feel as connected as with a non suction cup dildo.
