Naughty! Naughty! Naughty! I ate my way to the other side too this weekend! But...its a lifestyle change and I wont deprive myself!
 I will start doin some healthy recipe research I love thanksgiving....pumpkin pie and buttermilk pie being my favorite! Yummola!Oooooo and Sweet Potato! Oh my! I am making myself hungry! Happy to be back....the first day back on the healthy routine is always the toughest! Lets do this! |

I like the recipe sharing idea. When I joined WW after my babies were born, was the old school WW, which I really liked a lot-the weighing and measuring and it really worked for me. Tried the points, just could not get into it. If you give me an inch (foodwise) I will take a mile!
Anyway, I do have some great recipes from those days which I shall dig out. I used to always make a pumpkin pie-sans crust and bread pudding that were WW. I will see what I can find. PS: up to 60 sit-ups now. Still doing stairs, etc. Control feels awesome.
