Lunch today was...

chicken salad with lettuce & tomato on a whole wheat wrap
fresh fruit
and a big ol' iced tea!

trader joe's addictive mixed olive tapenade, kashi whole grain crackers, dark chocolate with hazelnuts, and a big glass of red wine (in my imagination)

and a small scoop of guacamole.

A blowl of hot chicken noodle soup and 6 crackers...it is cood hear 45 but I have no idea what the wind chill is,but we got a nice breeze going.
