Let's say gather about 6pm, eat, then play into the wee hours.
There's an extra hour that night, so let's take advantage of it!

I'll put together a fajita bar, it was such a great thing at Reunion, I'm going to copy.

Bring your liquid refreshment - we'll have sweet tea, ice and some assortment of soda, a few leftover beers from past gatherings. And there is that infernal mint something in the cabinet that was for mint choco-tinis last year.

After dinner, other than getting into the hot tub, there's Sour Apples to Apples (thanks to Goofy and Blush), and of course a bunch of other games and fun.

We can talk about some plans for the AWTY-HRCL party in April too, play some poker to practice that for the party if we HAVE to. Practice air hockey. Oh, maybe that's only me since I have a challenge in April.

Will you PM me or respond here to let me know if you're coming? For a count for food quantities.

Let me know if you need to reserve a bed (durrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr, I got yours...right here. hahahaha!).
The kid is taking up one of the guest rooms now, so speak up fast to get first dibs on the others.

In other news...
Saturday evenings report.
Ripsy, Mochalatte, Grampypants, and Bossybritches congregated in the perkin lot while avoiding the merkin warehouse, only to end up dancing with the dead, and drinking jet fuel to the beat of a broken heart. Some discussion was had of construction paper penises and popsicle sticks for a lovely lawn decor. The finale consisted of busted guts to the tune of two dollars in quarters.

With that said, If anyone is free on Thursday or Friday mornings (11/10 and 11/11)and want to get together let me know. I'll be free to 2 pm. However I was informed that I will be in the dirty North

!

I do want to hit some AA meetings sometime also but I'm waiting on more info to be able to figure those out!

How early and how north?

I don't go to work until 1:15pm so if I can make it there and back, I'd love to see your happy self. Wednesday is my day off so that's my very best day to see you though.

Any room for teh Arwen on Wednesday?

Not sure how far north, I am staying at the 5 star Candace Inn.

I don't think Wednesday will work however I actually don't leave til real early on the 15th, so Saturday and Sunday are options also.

and..there were GLBT AA meetings on Anderson Lane, in the rough vicinity of Hotel Candace, but I'm not seeing them listed now.

You probably already have or will have this info, but in case it's handier...

There's Lambda Live and Let Live, meetings every day - not too far from H. C. If you prefer the GLBT flavor.

Thanks .... I had found that and there is acutally the North Austin 24 near her. It's a little over a mile, so it's walkable and there are meetings while she is at work. So that is a double win!

I'm hoping to see people not sure what the hostess has planned sort of letting her take charge except for the times she is working!
