exploring and enjoying the HUGE country property around what will soon be my new place...finding a gorgeous, peaceful, crystal clear pond behind the house...the remainder of autumn leaves all around me...the smell of the woods and holly trees, bird watching...feeling my muscles burn a little as I climbed back up the hill (I've missed taking long walks)...seeing how happy my smooch-pooch was on his walk, he loves to explore just as much as I do. ...picking a whole pocket full of huge acorns for our rescued baby squirrel... enjoying the textures of nature around me, like the trunk of an ancient tree and birds nests... fresh air and peaceful quiet at Peaceful Pond...
