The tv show I lament most is West Wing.. Greatest tv writers ever... then X-Files.. god, I loved that red headed genius!
The rest are mostly ones already posted.. shows that take us back to a simpler time... and theme songs were catchy

Dear Blade & Corkey,
   Back then life was so simple. I loved riding bikes, climbing trees, playing sports, fishing, playing in streams, and fields. I will never forget having a clear jar with frogs, crickets, and what not in it and I put in the refrig. because it was summertime. I didn't want the animals to break a sweat.    I will never forget the blood-curdling scream the next morning.
