So, I've managed to procrastinate over doing the two assignments I should be researching and writing for weeks now. This weekend has been no exception. It's amazing how many hours one can waste in a chat room.

Today I went out and got some fresh air...at least that was progress!

In the last six months I've had to give in and wear my specs most of the time. I have long sight so can cycle sans specs but pretty much everything else requires the goggles. Half of me is horrified by this turn of events, I've always been so lucky and not needed my specs apart from once in a while when tired. However, if I want to see properly I must give in to the ageing process become Spectacle Chap.
