i never placed much stock in this idea of stars/planets misaligning and creating havok until this weekend. my gf and i were cracking up over all the days mishapps and so she googled "mercury in retrograde" and it all made sense!! at one point during the day we were both like WTF is happening.

we will for sure be more in tune with astrological occurances from now on.

My employee resigned last night, without any notice and without notifying me until I came into work and found her letter of resignation.

I just put the vast majority of my last check and pretty much all of Christmas and then some into my car last week.

My check engine light is back on today.

I have to get up at 5am in order to make an earlier than usual meeting down South.

It had BETTER be over or someone's going to die.

And I could already tell it was getting better, thank God it is stationary now.

I swear, I am not sure if I can survive the next one. My life really is affected by this. I have plenty of casualties to support this claim.

I love being ruled by Mercury, it gives me the ability to communicate clearly, for some too clearly, yet I despise it when it goes retrograde.

Maybe I should have seen this before I spoke to a few mother fuckers. Communication was good though. Only one said mo fo has talked to me since before thanksgiving. I'm not exactly sure if I want to blame mercury or, thank mercury. Flip a coin on that one.

"It's raining, it's pouring" keeps playing through my head now that I have read the last few pages. I hope all is right in everyone's world, soon.
