Today I will choose mature emotional responses. I will remember to check my levels before speaking. I will not re-invent me for anyone other than myself.

I will also not give into the urge to eat a candy bar.

Today I'll remain in the present, grateful that I have arrived at this day with all I need to be happy. The past will be in the past, the future will be yet to come, and I will only need to experience each moment of my life as it occurs, with wonder and peacefulness.
