My son is 14, so I see kids in this age group often. They look totally age appropriate to me...and I love this picture. For me, it shows love and family in a way I've never seen in a "first family" picture before.
Love the way their hands are clasped and the kids are inside their embrace.... They look like a strong family....and I always love to see that.
