Affirmations For Today

Today I will accept all the good life has to offer. I will remain joyful and spread that joy to others. For those of us who can't be with family and friends, know that our joy can come in different ways. Volunteer. Find another friend who may be lonely. I will reach out more today to prevent myself from turning inward. seek joy, y'all.
