i know....it's just like .....the light out of the darkness.....to know we can talk about anything...everything....with sincerity....gives me peace in mind knowing that we can do it together....that i can let myself be the person i want to be...and need to be....after all of this time

Time spent in the barn, hugging my horse always gives me peace. He has a way of always making the stress disappear

Anytime we go to the beach I always find peace, clear my mind, and get better focused.

Knowing the future holds new possibilities .

Not being in a dead end job.

Slow weekend mornings, enjoying homemade blueberry pancakes.

Knowing I will have better healthcare with my new benefits.

Private time to refuel, reflect and meditate.

Knowing I am not alone in this world, that I can reach out to any of a few select friends to help me sort difficult subjects out. Knowing I no longer need to handle everything on my own... knowing they are sincere, honest, loyal and supportive.

Not sure why but when my loved ones are sleeping soundly for naps on a lazy day. I'm often unable to sleep during the day so I'll be awake and the house incredibly silent. Having them sleeping peacefully in the safety of home just brings me a very profound feeling of utter peace.

Getting my raging mop cut and colored after almost 6 months is going to bring me a lot of peace tomorrow, lol.

I look afright!

Alternatively, meditation works wonders for me. Exercise; specifically walking outdoors is an excellent stress-buster. Prayer. And this might sound silly, but simple tasks help; for instance, focusing on cleaning or fixing something. Creative outlets, hobbies, etc; volunteering. (There's nothing better than helping out someone else in need to put your own problems into perspective!)

I find these all particularly helpful around this time of year.

lol, and there are lots of other things that make me feel peaceful too, but not anything I will be discussing here. :x
